What We Do NOT Promise

To Learners — Forbidden Claims

Do Not Say Why Instead Say
"This will get you a job." We do not control hiring decisions. "CapacitAI helps you become a stronger candidate with better artifacts and clearer positioning."
"Guaranteed salary increase." We do not control compensation. "You will develop capabilities that are increasingly valued in AI-enabled workplaces."
"Learn everything about AI." Overpromises on scope. "You will develop practical AI fluency for modern work, measured against a specific framework."
"Works with every AI agent." Untrue and unverifiable. "We teach transferable skills you can apply to the AI tools relevant to your role."
"First in the category." Unverifiable marketing claim. "We focus on practical capability and employer-readable proof, not generic awareness."
"Guaranteed productivity gains." Requires implementation at the employer. "You will learn workflows that can improve productivity when applied with discipline in your workplace."
"AI certification." We assess; we do not certify. "Completion record with scored capability summary across the seven-skill framework."

To Employers — Forbidden Claims

"Your team will be 10x more productive." We do not control implementation. "The diagnostic identifies the highest-value workflow candidates and readiness gaps to address first."
"We will fix your AI problems." We assess and train; we do not implement. "The diagnostic gives you a clear baseline and recommended pilot scope."
"Guaranteed ROI." ROI depends on employer execution. "The diagnostic identifies the workflows with the highest potential value, so you can prioritize your investment."

Exact Approved Language by Scenario

Learner Enrollment Call

When asked: "Will this get me a job?"

"CapacitAI does not promise a job. It helps you become a stronger candidate with better artifacts and clearer positioning. The outcome is capability and proof, not placement."

When asked: "Can I learn this for free?"

"You can learn pieces for free. CapacitAI adds structure, assessment, feedback, and employer-readable proof. If your goal is a stronger hiring signal, the free path rarely produces that."

When asked: "How much will I earn after this?"

"We don't have data on salary outcomes because that depends on your role, market, and negotiation. What we can promise is that you will leave with clearer capability and stronger artifacts than most self-taught learners."

Employer Discovery Call

When asked: "What ROI can we expect?"

"The diagnostic shows where AI can improve work now and where your team needs support first. ROI depends on which workflows you prioritize and how you implement. We give you the map; execution is yours."

When asked: "Can you just do a workshop?"

"A workshop may help, but most teams first need a baseline on readiness, workflow gaps, and risk boundaries. The diagnostic clarifies that in two weeks so any workshop is scoped to the right people and workflows."

When asked: "Do you guarantee the people you refer?"

"We verify capability through assessment, not credential. We provide a scored summary to support your hiring decision. The hiring decision is always yours."
